MENUS

Our food is handmade with all the care and attention you would expect of people obsessed with great BBQ. We use a number of local suppliers and many of our sauces are made freshly by ourselves as well.

Our food is either served in brioche buns or wraps and we always have options for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan built into our existing menus.

​

In addition to the burgers and wraps we also serve fantastic sit-down options for parties & weddings.

THE JOHN DILLINGER

Smoked and slow roasted beef brisket, in a chilli, ginger, garlic & ale marinade, served with 'slaw, sour cream, Louisiana BBQ and a ghost chilli & bourbon sauce

BILLY THE KID  

Slow roasted pulled pork in a texan rub, 'slaw, sour cream, BBQ and an optional habanero, parsley & mint  sauce

KATSU YAKUZA                        

Crispy panko chicken, Japanese Katsu mayonnaise, 'slaw, pickled daikon, sour cream & sweet chilli sauce

SOUTHERN CHICK                      

Marinated and crispy southern chicken, smoked roasted garlic mayonnaise, crunchy lettuce, habanero or emmental cheese and honey barbecue sauce

Panko-fried halloumi, tomatoes, rocket, sour cream & sweet chilli sauce
