OUR STORY
Bandit Street Food is the culmination of two men's obsession with street food, barbecue and sandwiches. Our mission began to provide the best quality hot BBQ lunch in Milton Keynes. It was never going to be the title of a movie, but it was a great place to start.
As word got out, we began to attract interest from larger events, weddings and parties, and to deal with the increase in demand, we added Smokey to our first truck, Bandit.
We won our first award in 2018 and added TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellent in 2018 and 2021 and a Traveller's Choice Award in 2022. Our first Cafe opened in April 2019 and our second in April 2021.
We continue to grow, but at our base, we're still just two guys who really, really love BBQ.
COOKING FROM THE HEART
All of our burgers are cooked with love, time, and care. We slow roast both our pulled pork and beef brisket for hours in a tasty blend of herbs and spices until delicate and tender. Both our chicken and halloumi are coated with a flavourful crispy panko breadcrumb to add a delicious crunch.
